This artwork was originally published in the SeedBroadcast agri-Culture Journal #24

Elijah White grew up in the rural town of Silver City, New Mexico. From an early age he developed a passion for storytelling through visual media, which he would later pursue at New Mexico School for the Arts in Santa Fe. Now, in his freshman year of college, White utilizes a variety of media and techniques such as photography and digital painting to express his inner narrative. His art aims to transform his appreciation for the beauty in the world around him into fantastical narratives using visual representation. Early in his life, White was hired for an entry position as shipping assistant at Syzygy Tile, before becoming a bisque glazer. White’s work has been showcased in several gallery exhibitions including one juried show, and he plans to continue pursuing artistic storytelling in addition to his academic studies while studying at NYU Shanghai.
